Epengle was founded in 1961. And it is the first "velvet weaving mill" operating in Turkey. Until 1990s, Epengle was only addressing to the home textile sector but then in time, it started to address the bus and train segment of transportation sector thanks to the products it has developed over time; and by doing so, it has become one of the few respectable companies. Epengle is o company of Fenis Holding incorporating Fenis Aluminium - one of the most significont manufacturers in Turkey; and it is now exporting to more than 50 countries in addition to its 4 stores in Turkey providing employment for 250 staff by following processes such as distributing threads, warping, knitting, finishing, printing, quality control and packaging. It has OHSAS 18001 and ISO 9001 certificates and it also provides fabric production in various forms required for upholstery fabrics in the world via acrylic, polyester, trevira, wool polyester, wool polyamide, viscose and mixed fibres. While Epengle has been carrying its exporting success to higher grounds; its principle of being o brand favoured in all ways for the domestic market still remains and it is being proved by its new works and products.
